Cell Towers are one of the most important components to make sure that there is always an uninterrupted signal coverage and service. In fact, when we experience a broken signal more frequently, it immediately gives us a negative impression. So a good company would always require that it provide an uninterrupted, consistent signal coverage wherever we go!
Cellular operating companies, no matter how big it is, can’t however afford to establish towers of their own in all the areas to provide such consistent, uninterrupted coverage, and that is where cell tower lease buyout plays a role. I actually didn’t have a single clue that businesses such as cell tower lease buyout also exist, where the company is fully engaged in buying/leasing of the land, erecting and maintenance of the towers, and then even leasing out the towers to other telecoms or cellular operating companies at a reasonable price, hence relieving the cell companies from the heavy burden of huge investments everywhere for better network coverage!
In fact, many cellular operating companies are always interested in taking out such lease of cell towers which are strategically placed in areas such that it provides a wide area coverage, thus creating a win-win situation for both companies, which has made these kinds of tower leasing companies really boom!

I’m a cell site owner and I’m warning all SO’s to Watch out! There is a company out of New York that lies to the site owners about “partnering” with them and splitting all NEW revenue. They are liers and theives! They don’t market the towers - they don’t share one penny because they DON”T MARKET THE TOWERS and worse yet their Site Development Officer told me that they negotiate with the COMPETING tower company’s on what to offer you for your tower! I’m suing this company.
Was this company Unison? Could u give me more info? I am currently working with them? Please.
If it was Unison - tell them to leave your premises or you will call the police. Then CALL THE POLICE! The Unison people are con artists. Don’t believe a word of what they say.
I have just been approached by Unison to buy out my T-Mobile lease-I have an Edison Tower in my yard that T-mobile put there equipment on just last spring-in addition they lease an area in my backyard that houses there generators ect.-Can you give me a few more details why you distrust this Co. ? Thanks Donna
