Welcome! Since you are new to my site, would you like to subscribe to my RSS feeds? That way you'll never miss any of my interesting articles. Thanks for visiting!
If you are confused between the offers of diet pill products advertised everywhere, wait! Don’t jump on and start trying those pills! You’ll end up being in a much worse position than your obesity problem!
There are a lot of FDA approved diet pills such as GlaxoSmithKline’s weight-loss drug, Alli which is to be sold over the counter. Just as the weight-loss drug Xenical, Alli also contains the drug “Orlistat” which absorbs fat from the foods you eat every day, hence can reduce your fat. But the worse part is, since it absorbs all kinds of fats, it actually will also absorb healthy fats like omega fatty acid and Vitamin D from the food, which are essential to our body.
And that’s not the worst part, there are side effects of Alli - most common side effect being unexpected, sudden diarrhea.
If you have tried alli, I bet you must have also encountered the “anal leakages.”
So, my bottomline suggestion for my readers is, do not start diet pills on your own and it is always advisable to get more information on any diet pills you feel is worth trying. That being said, I would still like to stress to you that healthy diet and exercise are the two main key components to proper weight loss, and if you would like to try a diet pill as well, my suggestion is you try to be skeptic and get as much info on the drug as possible.

I agree with you - diet pill should not be taken by anyone looking to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is still the safe, natural way ie. exercise and healthy diet.
