The Dev-Team has just announced the launch of its much awaited iPhone 3G unlock named “yellowsn0w” which is in its beta phase, and report has it that it is successfully unlocking the iPhone 3Gs!

With Yellowsn0w, you can then use iPhone 3G with any carrier; however, of note, it works only with the latest firmware 2.2.
