Welcome back!

I had been quite busy with my school and finally found some time to upload some of the projects I had worked on. I made this one for my finals for Spring of 2009. I started learning various phases of animation process from the very basics of it.

The major problem I faced with this animation was the camera movement through out the animation. I would set the keys for the different positions of the camera, but for some reason, the camera would jump to a different position without even having a key on that frame. The model and the textures are very simple as I was learning 3D only for 4 months. I made my own texture of the coke can by combining various coke pictures and labels from the internet.

After I was done with modeling and texturing, the most time consuming point was when I was rendering the ice cubes. It took me about two and half minutes to render one frame and I had about 270 frames which had those ice cubes.

I hope you liked the animation.
